Crystal vinegar 8%, acidity 41%, passion fruit pulp 41%, sugar, thickener: apple pectin.
Possible traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, milk, sulphites, soya, keep dry.

Excellent in an “exotic” vinaigrette, and for deglazing fish and shellfish. Dare a few drops in a fruit salad. As a condiment: with cold meats, pâtés and terrines.
