To change chips at the aperitif, nothing like our carrot-curry pickles! Gourmet with their spicy flavor, our pickles will make your aperitifs crunch in a healthy and original way. To please you, our small organic carrots 🥕 all tender have gone to thalassotherapy in a bath of vinegar and curry mixture to bite into the Indian style. Result: well-spiced organic carrot sticks, for a condiment that is both sweet and spicy.

How to taste carrot & curry pickles?

Of course, we eat our pickled carrots with curry as an aperitif, dipped in a yogurt sauce, for a healthy and light alternative to traditional crisps and other peanuts. But it's also an ideal condiment to open our appetite in a digestible way, in a mixed salad for example 🥗. Enjoy them in a crunchy and vegetal note in a sandwich, or enjoy them as an accompaniment to Indian-style meat or fish. You will tell us about it 😉.
