PIRATE MIX, (spices, cocoa beans) Mixture for Arranged Rum, Cocktail carafe (recycled glass) 1 L - 40 g - dose for 70 cL of rum

Lemongrass, roasted cocoa beans 30,5%, cinnamon sticks 16,2%, bitter orange peel, orange peel, tonka bean, cola nut, lemon balm, cardamom seed.

Possible traces of nuts, sesame, mustard, gluten, milk, soy, sulphites.

Average nutritional values ​​for 100 g of unprepared product:

Energy: 1297 kJ / 310 kcal; Fats: 19 g including saturated fatty acids: 1 g; Carbohydrates: 28 g including sugars 5 g; Protein: 6 g; Salt: 0.025 g.

VPour 70 cl of white rum into the carafe with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar and mix. Macerate for 1 month. Filter.
Tasting: as is with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, scallops).
