CUBA MIXTURE (cocoa beans) 40 g cocktail glass - dose for 70 cl of rum

Thai lemongrass, roasted cocoa beans 34%, cinnamon sticks 13,6%, orange peel, tonka bean, cola nut, lemon balm, cardamom seed.

Possible traces of nuts, sesame, mustard, gluten, milk, soy, sulphites.

FMacerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, piña-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, scallops).
