Thai lemongrass, lemon peel 29,2%, cinnamon sticks 14,6%, ginger pieces, mint leaves, bitter orange leaves, mace, star anise, cloves, cardamom seeds.
Possible traces of nuts, sesame, mustard, gluten, milk, soy, sulphites.

Macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Can be stored for several months at room temperature. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, scallops).
Store away from light and humidity.
