The flavor of the islands in a pineapple!
The good fruits of the islands have come together in a pineapple to offer you the tastiest of blends for arranged rum. Another Spongebob hit? But no, from Quai Sud, of course! As you know, we have a certain talent for mixtures, and this one does not lack flavor! Pineapple, coconut, papaya, mango and banana will bring their delicious exotic notes to your arranged rum. And we assure you: it's even better when it's tasted in a pineapple glass.
How to enjoy your pineapple-coconut arranged rum?
If you are a fan of very spicy flavors, we advise you to let your mixture macerate for a long, very long time in the rum, so that it takes on an intense taste of fruit. You can even add a vanilla bean or a cinnamon stick to accentuate its exotic scent. Then, everything is a question of balance in the glass, where it will benefit from being refreshed with a wedge of lime, ti' punch style. Unless you prefer to use it as it is to flavor your desserts… Just delicious.
In a container and let macerate the mixture for 1 month in 2 L of white rum with 5 tbsp of cane sugar. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, piña-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, scallops).
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume with moderation.
