This banana juice-based cocktail is a true island delicacy, with a little oriental touch thanks to the honey taste of the Sultana grapes. Particularly sweet and fruity, this Quai Sud planter was made with Caribbean rum, an exceptional white rum produced in the very first eco-positive estate in the Caribbean zone. How to taste your planter?
Unlike the ti'punch, which is savored at room temperature, the punch planteur is eaten very cold to reveal the sweet flavor of the fruit juice. Serve it in a tumbler glass filled with ice cubes or crushed ice, decorated with a small umbrella for the kitsch aspect, then taste without delay accompanied by pork skewers or chicken bites with curry, for a traditional Creole aperitif that will delight the taste buds of your guests.
