Caribbean Rum
To counterbalance the acidity of our planter's red fruit juice, we chose a white rum with a sweet and fruity flavor: Caribbean rum. This exceptional rum with vanilla and spicy notes is made from pure sugar cane juice. It is distilled by hand on the plantation, in the only eco-positive estate in the world. It benefits from a geographical indication and has won several gold medals at the Concours Général Agricole.
