Mixture for Preparing Arranged Rum “Reunion”

A mix with the good taste of the tropics!

All the sweet flavors of Reunion Island are in this pretty glass carafe! Our mix for Reunion arranged rum is a real pretty-pretty fruit salad full of exoticism. Coconut and banana 🍌 of course, they are essential for a tropical flavor, but also papaya, mango 🥭 and pineapple 🍍, whose taste is as intense as it is sweet. To spice it all up, a magnificent cinnamon stick will add a spicy note to this mixture for arranged rum, which expresses the sweet flavors of Bourbon Island.

Your aperitif like in Reunion!

To reveal all the sweet aromas of our blend for arranged rum, you will need to macerate it for a month in rum, or even longer if you like the full-bodied notes. Then, make way for Reunionese specialties for a delicious mixed aperitif like there: shrimp fritters 🍤, samosas and chicken sarcives, pepper candies 😋... and of course, a ti' punch prepared with your rum arranged and completed with a quarter fresh lime.

REUNION, Mix for Arranged Rum, Cocktail carafe (recycled glass) 1 L - 110 g - dose for 70 cl of rum

Papaya (papaya, cane sugar, E223 (sulfite)), coconut 16,9%, bananas 16,9% (banana, coconut oil, sugar, flavor), mango (mango, sugar, citric acid, E223 ( sulfite)), pineapple (pineapple, sugar, citric acid), cinnamon.

Possible traces of nuts, sesame, mustard, gluten, milk, soy, sulphites.

Average nutritional values ​​for 100 g of unprepared product:

Energy: 1674 kJ / 400 kcal; Fat: 11 g of which Saturated fatty acids: 9 g; Carbohydrates: 64 g of which Sugars 37 g; Protein: 2g; Salt: 0.325 g.

Macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, scallops).
