How to use your mixture?

This mix for arranged rum is to macerate in white rum… Normal, otherwise it wouldn't be a mix for arranged rum 😋! As the fruits that compose it are very sweet, we advise you to taste it incorporated into your desserts, but especially in ti' punch, refreshed with a wedge of lime to balance the flavors. Ideal for a Reunionese aperitif with friends, accompanied by samosas and chilli sweets.

MEETING MIX (coconut, banana) 35 g BAG - dose for 70 cl

Coconut Sri Lanka 36,5%, bananas 24,3% (banana, coconut oil, sugar, flavor), papaya (papaya, cane sugar, E223 (sulfite)), mango pieces (mango, sugar, acid citric, E223 (sulphite)) and pineapple (pineapple, sugar, citric acid).

Possible traces of nuts, sesame, mustard, gluten, soy, sulphites.

Average nutritional values ​​for 100 g of unprepared product:
Energy: 1967 kJ / 470 kcal; Fat: 24 g of which Saturated fatty acids: 21 g; Carbohydrates: 52 g including Sugars 28 g; Protein: 4g; Salt: 0.250g.

Macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Can be stored for several months at room temperature. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, scallops).
Store away from light and humidity.
