How to use your mixture?
This mix for arranged rum is to macerate in white rum… Normal, otherwise it wouldn't be a mix for arranged rum 😋! As the fruits that compose it are very sweet, we advise you to taste it incorporated into your desserts, but especially in ti' punch, refreshed with a wedge of lime to balance the flavors. Ideal for a Reunionese aperitif with friends, accompanied by samosas and chilli sweets.

Ingredients: Sri Lankan coconut 36,5%, bananas 24,3% (banana, coconut oil, sugar, aroma), papaya (papaya, cane sugar, E223 (sulfite)), mango pieces (mango, sugar , citric acid, E223 (sulfite)) and pineapple (pineapple, sugar, citric acid).

Preparation: Macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Can be stored for several months at room temperature. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, scallops).
Store away from light and humidity.
