Head to the sunny islands 🏝 thanks to its spicy notes and flavors of orange and lemon that will sublimate a good white rum from Guadeloupe. To enhance the lemony taste of citrus peel, we have added lemongrass stems 🍋 and bitter orange leaves 🍋🍋 to this mixture. Ingredients: Thai lemongrass, 26,5% orange and 13,2% lemon peel, cinnamon, star anise, tonka beans, sour orange leaves, elderberry, cloves, cardamom.

Macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Can be stored for several months at room temperature.
