Pour 70cl of white rum into the carafe with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar and mix. Macerate for 1 month. Filter. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or digestive, as is or ti'punch style with a dash of cane sugar syrup and a quarter of lime. Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, scallops) and marinating (chicken, pork, etc.).
Store away from light and humidity.
