TORRID BLEND (cinnamon, ginger) 18 g BAG - dose for 70 cl of rum

Lemongrass, ginger 10,6%, cinnamon 7%, sour orange and avocado leaves, nutmeg, mace, black peppercorns.

Possible traces of nuts, sesame, mustard, gluten, soy, sulphites.

Average nutritional values ​​for 100 g of unprepared product:
Energy: 753 kJ / 180 kcal; Fat: 6 g of which Saturated fatty acids: 2 g; Carbohydrates: 29 g including Sugars 3 g; Protein: 3g; Salt: 0.025g.

Macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Can be stored for several months at room temperature. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, scallops).
Store away from light and humidity.
