Piña Colada mix: a hymn to pineapple!

Piña colada means filtered pineapple in Spanish, so it is this tropical fruit that is the basis of this fruity cocktail, along with two other local specialties: white rum and coconut cream. According to the versions, this hymn to pineapple would be the creation of a pirate or a Puerto Rican bartender… but not excluded that SpongeBob is in on it. To give it its creamy consistency, shake it with crushed ice and add a few drops of lime. Serve in your pineapple glass or in a hurricane glass.

Scane sugar, pineapple 12% (pineapple, sugar, citric acid), coconut ribbons 12%, banana slices (banana, coconut oil, sugar, flavor), color: E102, flavor (pineapple), natural flavor coconut flavor, water. May have a detrimental effect on the activity and attention of children.

Possible traces of nuts, sesame, mustard, gluten, milk, soy, sulphites.

VPour the ingredients into a container and leave to macerate for 48 hours in 2 L of white rum. Filter. Enjoy “ti-punch” style, with a quarter of lime, or as a long drink, topped with fruit juice or lemonade. Consume without delay.
