balsamic vinegar: balsamic vinegar of Modena 6% acidity (wine vinegar*, concentrated grape must*, coloring: caramel 150d*) * Sulphites
Reunion brown sugar,
Mixture based on dried tomatoes for ketchup: 87% dried tomato flakes (tomato, corn starch), onion, garlic.

KETCHUP PREPARATION SET:

balsamic vinegar :
Energy: 288 kJ / 67 kcal; Fat: 0 g of which Saturated fatty acids: 0 g; Carbohydrates: 11 g including Sugars 11 g; Protein: 0g; Salt: 0.05g.
