How to use : pour the ingredients into a saucepan with 1 to 2 bottles of red wine (75 cl to 1,5 L according to your tastes). Cook over very low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. The mixture should simmer very slightly. As soon as your mulled wine is ready, strain it and serve in cups immediately. Cover the cups with corks to prevent your mulled wine from cooling too quickly.
Store away from light and humidity.
