INSTRUCTIONS

Christmas tea : open the ball above a container to collect the tea. For a cup, steep a teaspoon of tea for 3 to 4 minutes in simmering water (85°C/185°F).

Christmas Cocoa : through a sieve, pour the contents of the ball into a saucepan. Reserve the sweets. Add a glass of milk, stir and heat over low heat for a few minutes. Pour the rest of the milk and cook for a few minutes over low heat. Serve then add the confectionery.

Christmas mulled wine : open the ball over a saucepan. Add 75 cL of red wine. Cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes (slight simmering). Filter and serve immediately.
