How to prepare a pastis according to the rules of the art?
For one volume of pastis, add 5 volumes of water, first pour the pastis, then the water and finally, add 1 or 2 ice cubes. You can also use it to accompany certain dishes such as prawns flambéed with pastis.
This order is important. If you add the ice cubes first, then the pastis and finally the water, your drink will not taste the same and will be slightly less good.
