ORANGE-CINNAMON FLAVORED ORGANIC CHRISTMAS PUNCH MIX: Macerate for 24 hours in 70 cl of white rum then filter. Tasting: by the “planter style” glass lengthened with fruit juice, or “ti'punch” with 1/4 lime. You can also add 2-3 liters of fruit juice to the whole mixture.
ORANGE – CINNAMON ORGANIC CHRISTMAS RUM MIX: Macerate for 1 month in 70 cL of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito).
ORGANIC CORIANDER – CINNAMON CHRISTMAS GIN MIX: Pour 60 cl of vodka or fruit alcohol and leave to macerate for 24 hours. Filter. Enjoy as is or use as a base in your gin cocktails.
MIX FOR ORGANIC ORANGE CINNAMON FLAVORED MULTED WINE: Pour the ingredients into a saucepan with 75cl to 1,5L of red wine, cook over very low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. The mixture should simmer very slightly. As soon as your mulled wine is ready, strain it and serve immediately.
Store away from light and humidity.
