Cultivated near Solliès-Pont in the Var, the fig is harvested at the end of summer, when it is full of sugar and flavor. We then transform it in our workshops to produce this refined syrup based on the pulp of the mixed fruits and cane sugar. The Quai Sud fig syrup delicately flavors all your gourmet moments. Delicious in a simple glass of still or sparkling water, it will also bring its incomparable and subtle taste to your house cocktails.
