Preparation: macerate for 1 month in 70 cL of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, St Jacques). Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, to be consumed in moderation.
Store away from light and humidity.
