Gourmet tips: leave the mix to macerate with 30cL of 40° fruit alcohol during 4 hours. Add 50cL of water and stir. Filter. Serve with prosecco or sparkling white wine and a dash of sparkling water (2 volumes of Spritz mix for 3 volumes of prosecco and 1 volume of sparkling water). You can also add ice cubes and a slice of orange.
