Ingredients : wheat flour (gluten) from France, sundried Tomatoes (sundried Tomatoes, salt, preservatives: sulphur dioxide ) 7,8 %, green peppers, black olives (black olives, olive oil, salt, antioxidant: E392, additive: ferrous gluconate E579) 5,8 %, bicarbonate of soda, sodium diphosphate. Please bear in mind that despite a careful fabrication process, our mixes could contain olives stones.
Cooking: You need 10 cl of milk, eggs, 100 g butter, one pinch of salt. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Pour the mix into a large bowl with the melted butter and the eggs and stir. Season with the salt. Add the milk slowly until you have a smooth consistence. Pour the dough in a buttered baking pan and bake for about 40 minutes, keeping a look on the progress. Let your cake cool for 5 minutes and serve.
Store in a dry place and away from light.
