Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten) from France, dried bacon 7,6 % (pork, wheat starch, salt, flavouring (smoke), antioxidant: rosemary extract, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: sodium nitrate), red bell peppers 7,6 %, courgettes, flavouring (smoke), bicarbonate of soda, sodium diphosphate.

Cooking: You need 10 cl of milk, eggs, 100 g butter, one pinch of salt. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Pour the mix into a large bowl with the melted butter and the eggs and stir. Season with the salt. Add the milk slowly until you have a smooth consistence. Pour the dough in a buttered baking pan and bake for about 40 minutes, keeping a look on the progress. Let your cake cool for 5 minutes and serve.

Store in a dry place and away from light.
