Ingredients: lemongrass, pineapple (sugar, pineapple, citric acid), coconut, cinnamon, bitter orange leaves, star anise, cocoa bean.
Pour 70cl rum in the jug and add 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar. Stir and leave the mix to macerate for 1 month. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, piña colada, mojito...). Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake butter...
Store in a dry place and away from light.
