Summer salad

A delicious recipe for the summer with Quai Sud Salad seasoning blend !

Ingredients (4 persons):

  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 chicken breast
  • 3 spring onions
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 lemon
  • Féta or other cheese (Roquefort, sheep cheese, Mozarella)
  • Quai Sud salad seasoning blend
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar from Modena
  • Pepper

Preparation :

Rinse and drain the salad leaves.

Rinse and slice the tomatoes.

Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh from the peel. Slice the flesh and squeeze some lemon juice over the slices.

Slice the hard-boiled eggs.

Slice the chicken breasts.

Crumble the cheese.

Arrange the salad leaves and all the ingredients on the plates.

Prepare a vinaigrette with the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Quai Sud Salad seasoning, a dash of lemon juice and pepper.  No salt.
