Shirred eggs with Quai Sud three pepper flavored Himalaya Salt

A delicious appetizer with the Quai Sud three pepper flavored Himalaya salt.


Ingredients :

Preparation :

 

Preheat oven to 210°C (410°F)

Butter ramekins.

Add a tablespoon of fresh cream and crack the eggs.

Sprinkle with Quai Sud three pepper flavored Himalaya salt* and some spices of your choice (Provencal herbs, thyme…).

Bake for about 10-12 minutes.

Serve with bread sticks and salad.

 

*You can also realise this recipe with Quai Sud morel flavored fleur de sel or Quai Sud smoked salt of the new world.
