Quai Sud tea cake

A delicious cake with Quai Sud tea!

Ingredients (6 persons) :


Preheat oven to 210°C (390°F).

In a large bowl, add the sugar, the eggs, the yoghurt and the soft butter.

Whisk with an electric mixer until the mixture is uniform.

Add the flour, the baking powder and the tea.

Stir until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mix into a buttered loaf pan.

Bake for about 40 minutes.

Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool.
