Quai Sud rum flamed prawns

Use our rum mixes to flame and flavor your meals.


Ingredient (4 persons) :

 

Heat oil in a large frying pan.

Cook the prawns stirring constantly.

As soon as the prawns whiten, it’s cooked.

Out of the fire and away from the hood, pour the rum mix in the frying pan (for example Carribean rum mix: citrus and vanilla flavors)

Flame instantly stirring the prawns.

Serve with white rice.

Salt and pepper.
