Honey and almond flavored cocoa muffins
Quai Sud cocoas flavor and sublimate your pastries.
Ingredients (about 10 muffins) :
- 150 gr flour
- 50 gr Quai Sud Honey and almond flavored cocoa *
- 50 gr sugar
- 35 gr melted butter
- 30 gr hazelnut powder
- 20 cl milk
- 15 cl single cream
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
In a large bowl, mix the sugar and the egg until the mixture whitens.
In a second large bowl, mix the flour, the cocoa, the hazelnut powder, the yeast and the salt.
Stir the preparations. Add the melted butter, the single cream and the milk.
Whisk until the mixture is consistent.
Pour the mixture into muffins pans.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
