GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR FACEBOOK COMPETITIONS

SIREN No. 442 762 647, whose registered office is located at avenue de Madrid 83870 SIGNES, represented by Thomas Weller, organizes each month on its Facebook page a contest called "Contest of the Month", free and without obligation to purchase, broadcast on Facebook page
Article 1: PARTICIPATION
The Facebook contest "Contest of the Month" is open free of charge and without obligation to purchase to any adult person wishing to participate, excluding members, employees, employees or collaborators of the organization office of the latter. It is open on the basis of a single registration on the application per person, to people residing in metropolitan France. Any additional entries will be rejected.
Any fraud on the provisions set out above entails the invalidation of the candidate.
Article 2: PROCEDURE OF THE CONTEST

Articles 4 – PRIZES IN PLAY.
For the Facebook contest “Contest of the Month”, the prize offered is that indicated on the Facebook page, post “Contest of the Month” corresponding.
The prize won must be accepted as such and cannot be refunded, exchanged or subject to monetary compensation.
The organization reserves the right to replace the prize with another of the same value, without this giving rise to any claim.
The prizes will be sent directly by the company "Quai Sud" to the winners' homes, by postal parcel, within 30 days of the result of the competition.
If it is impossible for a winner to take advantage of his prize, he will not be able to pass it on to the person of his choice and the prize will automatically become the property of the organization of the game. No complaints can be accepted.

ARTICLE 7: DISPUTES
Participation in the Facebook contest "Contest of the month" implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of the terms of the Game as well as these rules, and participants waive any dispute in this respect. The electronic validation of the participation by a comment on the post relating to the game "Contest of the Month" indicates the full and complete acceptance of these rules.
The organizer reserves the right to prosecute anyone who has cheated, defrauded, tricked or disturbed the operations described in these rules or has attempted to do so. A winner who cheated will be automatically deprived of any right to obtain any winning prize.

ARTICLE 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY
Participation in the game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in all connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network.
Consequently, the organization of the Facebook contest "Contest of the Month" would not be held responsible under any circumstances, without this list being exhaustive:
– the content of the services consulted on the web, in general, any information and/or data disseminated on the services consulted on the web and Facebook;
– the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
– any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the smooth running / operation of the Game;
– failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;
– loss of any paper or electronic mail, and more generally, loss of any data;
– routing problems;
– the operation of any software;
– the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
– any damage caused to a participant's computer;
– any technical, hardware and software failure of any kind, having prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the game or having damaged a participant's system.
It is specified that the organizer of the Facebook contest "Contest of the Month" cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction of any kind, a suspension or the end of the game, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct or indirect damage that would result, in any way, from a connection to the site. It is up to all participants to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack. The connection of any person to the site and the participation of participants in the game is under their sole responsibility.
The responsibility of the organizer of the contest "Contest of the Month" would not be incurred, in general, in the event of force majeure or fortuitous event beyond its control.
ARTICLE 9: DURATION - MODIFICATIONS
The rules of the Facebook contest "Contest of the Month" apply to any participant who participates in the game by commenting on the post of the contest and respecting the instructions.
The organizer reserves the right to make any modification to the rules.
The organizer reserves the right, at any time, as of right without notice and without having to justify it, to interrupt the game, to extend it, to shorten it, to modify it or to cancel it. ARTICLE 10 – COMPUTER AND FREEDOM LAW
In accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data, and in particular article 34 of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, each participant has a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of personal data concerning him that he can exercise with the organizer .
ARTICLE 11 – CONVENTION OF EVIDENCE
It is agreed that, except in the case of manifest error, the organizer may rely, in particular for the purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, of the programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as monitoring reports or other statements) of nature or in computer or electronic format or medium, drawn up, received or stored directly or indirectly by the organizer, in particular in its information systems.
The participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or probative force of the elements of nature or in format or computer or electronic medium mentioned above, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever and which would specify that certain documents must be written or signed by the parties to constitute proof.
Thus, the elements considered constitute evidence and if they are produced as evidence by the organizer in any contentious or other proceedings, they will be admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be drawn up, received or kept in writing.
ARTICLE 12 – INTERPRETATION
Any question of application or interpretation of the rules or its addendum(s), or any unforeseen question that may arise, will be decided upon, depending on the nature of the question, by the organizing company.
