DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Iced tea: 7 to 8 teaspoons for 1 L of cold water. Leave to infuse overnight at room temperature. Filter. Serve frozen! Hot tea: one teaspoon per cup. Leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes in barely simmering water (70°C/160°F).
