  • How to use the product: Macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Can be stored for several months at room temperature. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, scallops).

How to enjoy your West Indies blend?

To make this mixture, Quai Sud brought spices from all over the world to its workshops in Signes, in the Var. Prepared with love and packaged by hand, this delicious mix for arranged rum is ideally enjoyed with our agricultural rum for a very tasty beverage. Leave to macerate for at least a month, then enjoy it West Indian style as an aperitif, ti' punch style, accompanied by delicious cod acras.
