How to enjoy your West Indies blend?

To make this blend, Quai Sud brought spices from around the world to its workshops in Signes, in the Var. Prepared with love and packaged by hand, this delicious blend for arranged rum is ideally enjoyed with our agricultural rum from Guadeloupe Marie-Galante for a very tasty beverage. Leave to macerate for at least a month, then taste it Caribbean style as a ti' punch aperitif, accompanied by delicious cod fritters.
