Ingredients: 42 % crystal vinegar with 8% acidity, 21% tomato pulp (vegetable oil, onion, garlic, modified corn starch, salt), 21% bell pepper pulp, sugar, thickening agent: apple pectin, 0.3% Espelette pepper. Ideal for salad dressings, marinades and to deglaze meat juices (roasted meats like duck or chicken breast, beef and lamb chops). Delicious with cold meats, pates and terrines.
