Vanilla originates from Mexico: the pre-columbians used it to soften the strength of cocoa. It is part of Quai Sud’s history.

Ingredient: vanilla pod from Tahiti.

Gourmet tips: cut the vanilla pod in two lengthwise and let it infuse for 15 to 20 minutes. Use half a pod per liter.

Store in a dry place.
