Fish Spice Mix

Directions for use: grill or oven; 1 to 2 teaspoons in and on the fish, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, let marinate 1 h. Poached or fried: 2 tbsp in a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice (or white wine) to make a sauce. Enjoy your meal!

Store away from light and moisture.
