Carribean rum mix: lemongrass, orange and lemon peels, cinnamon sticks, tonka bean, bitter orange peels, vanilla pod, bitter orange tree leaves, star aniseed, cloves, elderflower, cardamom seeds.
Reunion rum mix: Ingredients: coconut, banana slices (banana, coconut oil, sugar, flavour), papaya (papaya, sugar, E223 (sulfite)), mango (mango, sugar, citric acid, E220 (sulfite)) and pineapple pieces (pineapple, sugar, citric acid).
Päradise rum mix:Ingredients: raspberries (raspberries, sugar, sunflower oil, E509, citric acid, E202, dextrose), papaya (papaya, cane sugar, E223 (sulfite)), coconut, rose petals, jasmine flower, bitter orange tree leaves.

Macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Can be stored for several months at room temperature. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, Scallops).
