Organic blend for pineapple rum – sweet spices
Quai Sud launches the organic aperitif with this organic arranged rum mix in a pretty recycled glass jar.
Ingredients: lemongrass*, pineapple* 24,1 %, lemon peel*, cinnamon* 7,4 %, mint*, sour orange leaves*, ginger* 2,6 %, mace* 2,4 %, star anise* 2 %, clove* 0,09 %. from organic farming.

Before enjoying it, you must wait and let the spices and fruits macerate in white rum. The result is a wonderfully fragrant rum.
Directions for use: pour 70 cl of white rum and 2 tablespoons of cane sugar or honey into the jar and mix. Leave to macerate for 3 weeks. Filter. Tasting: in ti’punch, with 1/4 lime and a dash of cane sugar syrup, or in all rum-based cocktails: planteur, mojito, piña colada… Extra to flavour desserts: fruit salads, cannelés, flambéed bananas, babas…
Store away from light and moisture.
