Perfect for seasoning all your potato recipes. For delicious homemade potatoes, wash and quarter your potatoes. Place them in an ovenproof dish, then add olive oil and sprinkle with Quai Sud potato spices. Mix well and bake for about 30 minutes at 200°c (gas mark 6/7), keeping an eye on the cooking time.
