Preparation: macerate for 1 month in 1.4 cL of white rum (2 bottles) with 4 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and to flambé (bananas, prawns, scallops). Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation. Store away from light and moisture.
