Ingredients: lemongrass, ginger 10.6%, cinnamon 7%, sour orange and avocado leaves, nutmeg, mace, black pepper corns.

Macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Can be stored for several months at room temperature. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and to flambé (bananas, prawns, scallops).
Store away from light and moisture.
