Ingredients: Thai lemongrass, ginger pieces, cola nut, tonka bean, mace, sour orange leaves, star anise, liquorice, cardamom seed.

Possible traces of nuts, sesame, mustard, gluten, soy, sulfites.

Energy: 669 kJ / 160 kcal; Fat: 4 g of which Saturated fatty acids: 2 g; Carbohydrates: 30 g of which Sugars 2 g; Protein: 3 g; Salt: 0.025 g.

Macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Can be stored for several months at room temperature. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and to flambé (bananas, prawns, scallops).
Store away from light and moisture.
