Directions for use: macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, piña-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and to flambé (bananas, prawns, scallops).
