CUSTOMIZE THIS COCKTAIL

Ingredients:

Cocktail glass: Sri Lankan coconut ribbons 52.3%, roasted cocoa beans 14.2%, orange blossom petals, cinnamon stick, coffee beans, sour orange leaves.

Sachet: Sri Lankan coconut 61.5%, cocoa beans 13.8%, cinnamon, coffee beans, orange blossom, sour orange leaves.

Directions for use: macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, piña-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and to flambé (bananas, prawns, scallops).
