Ingredients: Thai lemongrass, orange peel 26.5% and lemon peel 13.2%, cinnamon, star anise, tonka beans, sour orange leaves, elderberry, clove, cardamom.

Energy: 627 kJ / 150 kcal; Fat: 3.5 g of which Saturated fatty acids: 1.5 g; Carbohydrates: 25 g of which Sugars 5 g; Protein: 3 g; Salt: 0.375 g

Macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Can be stored for several months at room temperature. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambéing (bananas, prawns, scallops).

Possible traces of nuts, sesame, mustard, gluten, soy, sulfites.
