CUSTOMIZE THIS COCKTAIL

Ingredients: wood bandé 49,3 %, lemongrass leaves, ginger pieces, cinnamon stick, bigaradier leaves, black peppercorns.

Directions for use : macerate for 1 month in 70 cl of white rum with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter.
Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, piña-colada, mojito).
Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and to flambé (bananas, prawns, scallops).
