- How To Use

Add: 200g flour, 250g honey, 2 eggs, 10cl milk. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Pour the contents of the box into a salad bowl. Heat the honey in a saucepan. Pour the honey, the flour, the 2 eggs and the milk into the salad bowl. Mix with a spatula until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Butter and flour a cake tin. Bake in the bottom of the oven for about 50 minutes. Check the cooking with a knife then leave the gingerbread in the oven turned off until cool.
Store away from moisture.
