Ingredients: lemongrass*, pineapple* 25,2 %, lemon peel*, mint*, cinnamon* 3,1 %, sour orange leaves*, ginger* 1,5 %, mace* 1,5 %, star anise* 1,5 %, cloves* 0,08 %. from organic farming.

Average nutritional values per 100 g of unprepared product. Energy: 711 kJ / 170 kcal; Fat: 2 g of which Saturated fatty acids: 0.3 g; Carbohydrates: 32 g of which Sugars 20 g; Protein: 4 g; Salt: 0.075 g.

Preparation: macerate for 1 month in 1.4 cL of white rum (2 bottles) with 4 tablespoons of cane sugar. Filter. Enjoy with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and to flambé (bananas, prawns, scallops). Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation.
