Directions for use: pour 70 cl of white rum into the carafe. Mix and leave to soak for 48 hours. Filter. Which rum to choose? A white agricultural rum of your choice. Tasting: ti’punch style or as a long drink with fruit juice or sparkling water. Consume without delay. In the kitchen: great for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, flambéed bananas, pancakes, canelés, babas and in marinades (shrimps, chicken, etc.). To frost glasses: put a few teaspoons of frosting sugar in a small flat plate. Moisten the rim of the glasses with lemon or pineapple juice. Frost the rim of the empty glasses by holding them horizontally and rotating them in the sugar.
Store away from light and moisture.
Possible traces of nuts, sesame, gluten, milk, soy, sulfites.
