Ingredients:
Mixture for Gin and tonic: juniper 45,7 %, coriander, cinnamon, orange peel, lemongrass, rose petals, star anise, wild pepper.
Leave to macerate for 24 hours in 60 cl of vodka. Filter. Enjoy as is or use as a base for gin cocktails. Gin and tonic : in a glass, pour 3 cl of gin on a bed of ice cubes and top up with chilled tonic (Schweppes).
Mojito Tradicional cocktail mix: cane sugar, lemon peel, mint, natural lime flavour, acidifier: citric acid, natural mint flavour.
Leave to macerate for 1 hour in 25 cl of white rum. Mix, filter and add 1 l of sparkling water. Serve with crushed ice. Preservation: consume quickly (before the bubbles disappear!).
Mai Taï cocktail mix: cane sugar, safflower, lemon peel, orange blossom petals, citric acid, natural sweet almond flavour 0,1 %, natural lime flavour 0,1 %, colourings: E110, E102, natural mint flavor. May have a detrimental effect on children’s activity and attention.
Leave to macerate for 48 hours in 70 cl of white rum. Shake and filter. Variations: add 20 cl of triple sec. Tasting: as a long drink with orange juice or as a “ti’punch” with 1/4 lime juice. Consume without delay. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation.
Mix for Ti’Punch arranged rum: coconut 36.5%, bananas 24.3% (banana, coconut oil, sugar, flavouring), papaya (papaya, cane sugar, E220(sulphite)), mango (mango, sugar, citric acid, E220(sulphite)), pineapple (pineapple, sugar, citric acid)
